Recipe for Healthy and tasty Atta laddu with ghee and jaggery
Wheat flour laddu / Indian sweets
Ingredients:
Wheat flour 1 cup
Jaggery 1 cup
Ghee 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Coconut grating 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts - few broken
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Method:
Take a kadai and heat ghee and roast cashew nuts, keep Aside in a bowl.
In the same kadai, add wheat flour and roast until aromatic and changes colour to light brown upto 8-10 minutes approximately.
Keep the flour aside and allow it to cool completely.
Then take the kadai and boil the water and add jaggery and allow it to melt completely.
Add the coconut and cardamom powder and mix well and switch off the flame.
Now add the roasted flour and mix nicely with a spatula until it becomes a smooth paste.
Allow it to cool... Add some ghee and make laddus and ready to serve
