A very healthy and delicious soup and more so easy to make.

This soup has much benefits as it is rich in calcium and helps bones especially for people with arthritis or knee/leg pain. It gives you strength and makes your bones stronger. Soup to be given to growing kids too.

Recipe:

Take 4 sheep/goat legs cut into 2 inch pieces and wash multiple times.

In a pressure cooker add the leg pieces, chopped onion, some garlic cloves, pepper powder, jeera powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander and curry leaves chopped add like 6 cups of water. Pressure cook this for almost 30-45 minutes after the first whistle in low flame. Serve hot and adjust spices according to your taste.

It serves as an appetizer too.
