Healthy nutritious Wheat flour halwa

Atta halwa recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ghee

1/2 cup wheat flour (I have used mix of kapli wheat and whole wheat home made atta) 

1/2 cup warm water

1/2 cup jaggery powder

Dry fruits - cashew nuts and raisins

Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp



Method:

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan, fry dry fruits keep aside and fry wheat flour in low flame in same ghee until raw smell diminishes and changes colour. 

Add luke warm water and mix until the water evaporates

Add jaggery powder and mix well until ghee separates

Add cardamom and dry fruits and give a Good mix
