Ande Ka Meetha or Egg sweet

Egg sweet recipe or Anda Ka Meetha

Yummy and delicious sweet, no maida used. 

Ingredients:

Eggs 6-8 nos. ... White

200 gms khova

200 gms sugar

200 gms ghee

Saffron few

Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Almonds... 10-15 soaked and made paste

Vanilla essence or rose essence


Method:

Beat slowly egg and sugar until it melts. Then add mashed khova and beat till it dissolves. Add ghee, cardamom powder, almond paste, essence and saffron and mix well. Pour it in a thick bottomed pan. 

Keep it on the stove, and keep mixing in a low-medium flame. Until it forms a thick paste. 

Then pour this into a baking tray, sprinkle with chopped almonds (optional) on top and bake for 10-15 mins at 160 degrees.
