How to make Dhokla in microwave

Khaman Dhokla recipe in Microwave
Ingredients:
Besan/gram flour - 1 cup
Rawa/Semolina - 1.5 tbsp
Ginger/chilli paste - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Eno fruit salt - 1.5 tsp
Water
Seasoning:
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard
Curry leaves
Green chillies 2/3 slit
Coriander leaves chopped fine
Hing/asfoetida - a pinch
Salt to taste
Sugar - 2 tbsp (reduce if you want less sweet)
Water 1cup
Method:
Firstly in a large mixing bowl, add the flour, rawa, salt, ginger/garlic paste, lemon juice, sugar and water to make a thick batter similar to idli batter. Now add the fruit salt and add a tbsp of water and mix slowly and well. Don't do more.
Now grease a flat bottom wide. Microwave glass bowl and pour the batter and bake for 3 -4 minutes. You can either cook in batches if you don't have a wide pan. The batter should be 2 inch thick when poured to bake.
While this is baking. Take a small pan, heat oil and add the seasonings, fry and then add water, sugar and salt . .. Boil for couple of minutes. Then switch off.
Once the dhokla is baked... Cut into desired shapes and sizes... Pour the seasoning liquid on the dhokla and let it soak for couple of minutes and serve with green chutney. Dhokla tastes good when served cold.
