A healthy nutritious snack for all age groups... It's very easy and quick to make. This doesn't contain sugar, the dates sweetness is more than enough. 


Dry fruits laddu...no sugars added, yummy and nutritious for evening snacks to kiddos as they hate eating the dry fruits given



Ingredients:

Seedless dates, cashews, almonds, raisins, pista, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, elaichi powder and 2 tbsp home made ghee. As per your requirements... Take all in equal quantity and only dates three times the others. Example 1 tbsp of all dry fruits each and 3 tbsp of dates. 

Method:

Dry roast the sesame and poppy seeds and then Fry the nuts one by one in ghee and keep aside. Fry the dates at end and ensure they become Like a paste. Then, except poppy, sesame, raisins and dates pound the nuts into small pieces putting them in a ziplock bag or just pulse in mixer once. Then put all together in a nonstick pan and fry them for few minutes until they all come together. Allow it to cool and make them into small laddus with ghee smeared on palms
