Soft burfi made from besan or Gram flour
Soft Mysorepak recipe
Quick and easy to make sweet just like mysore pak... Tastes too yummy.
Ingredients
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup besan
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup thick milk
Method
Heat ghee in a pan... Add sieved besan and fry on low heart until the besan cooks. Once the mixture thickens add sugar powder. Mix it well until it forms lump.
Add cardamom powder and the milk. It has to be cooked on low flame through out.
The mixture will started thickening. Keep stirring until it thickens and ghee starts to leave the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased plate or flat bowl and tap it nicely. allow it to cool and put it in fridge for half an hour. Once completely cooled down, cut into shapes and its ready to serve
