How to make donuts at home without oven? 

Easy to make Eggless donut recipe


Ingredients:
Milk 1/4 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Dry yeast - 2 tsp
Maida - 2 cups
Water - half cup or more as required
Salt a pinch
1 1/2 tbsp butter
Cooking oil for deep frying

For frosting: use as per your taste
Castor sugar
Melted Chocolate
Sprinkles


Method:
Add sugar to warm milk and stir to dissolve sugar and add yeast and mix slightly. Rest for 5 minutes to activate yeast.
In a large bowl add Maida and salt, to that activated yeast to be added along with half cup water.
Knead to make a soft dough like bread dough. Use water as required to make a sticky dough and knead for 10 mins. Later add the butter and knead again for 2-3 minutes.
Make the ball shaped dough and Put it in a bowl, apply oil and cover with lid or sling wrap. Leave aside in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Then take out the dough and knead slightly and roll the dough on a dusted surface into half inch thickness. Cut the donuts with donut   cutter or with a big and small lid. Use all the dough to make the donuts and brush/apply little oil on the top of them. Cover again and rest for 15 more mins.
Heat oil in kadai and on medium flame fry the donuts one by one until brown on both sides. Once all donuts are fried, frosting can be done as per your choice.
For sugar coating: roughly powder the sugar and quote warm donuts
For Chocolate: melt compound chocolate in double boiler method and dip the donuts one side. You can use, milk, dark or white chocolate as per your taste.
And you can sprinkle sugar sprinklers on few of the chocolate quoted donuts.

For frosting let your imagination play.
Serve it warm. They can be stored in fridge. And heated before serving.
