Make easy chocolate cake in 5 minutes using Microwave oven.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Maida
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar powder
1/4 cup hot water
2 tbsp sour curds
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Mix melted butter and hot water with powdered sugar in a bowl and whisk well until everything is blended well.
Now add sour curd with vanilla essence and again beat well.
Now sieve the flour, cocoa powder and soda into the liquid ingredients and mix slowly using cut and fold method.
Pour it in a deep microwave safe bowl and see that the batter is filled only till half.
Microwave for 4 mins in full power.
Take the cake out, allow it to cool and serve with ice cream or hot chocolate sauce.
