Carrot chutney
Carrots chutney |
Ingredients:
Two big carrots finely sliced
One onion small finely sliced
Green chillies 8-12
Jeeta 1 tsp
One small tomato chopped
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Method:
Heat oil in kadai and fry all ingredients except tomato and salt. Once the veggies cook, add tomato and salt and cook until it's completely done.
Cool down and grind the chutney with little water to desired consistency.
Note: chillies have to be more as carrots are sweet. You can fry more and keep, add if you need according to the spice you need.
Eat with hot rice and ghee or with dosa/ idli.
