Easy to make butter at home
Collect the milk cream when you boil everyday in an airtight box and keep it in fridge for a maximum of one week.
So when you are ready to make butter, keep the cream out of fridge an hour before. Then beat the cream in a hand blender or beater nicely until you see the butter floating and forming a lump. The color of the butter depends on the milk.
Take the lump out and rinse nicely multiple times in cold water until water runs clear. Store in airtight container in fridge or Make ghee.
