How to make Eggless Chocolate Cake in a Microwave
A simple and yummy Eggless chocolate cake, quick to make and delicious if any unexpected guests drop in.
It takes only 10 mins to bake this if you have ingredients ready.
Ingredients:
Wet:
1/4 cup of refined oil
half cup buttermilk
1 ts vanilla essence
1/4 cup hot water to mix the coffee powder

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 (half) cup of cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp instant coffee powder

Method:
Mix all dry ingredients nicely in a bowl except coffee powder. Mix the coffee powder with 1/4 cup water and mix this with wet ingredients in a large bowl.
Now mix both the ingredients together and whisk or fold nicely and see that there are no lumps and forms a thick flowing batter. add water if required little to get the consistency.
Put the batter in a cake tin (smeared it with butter for better removal of cake from the tin) or thick glass bowl - flat one. And microwave on high for 5 mins first and then if not done cook further minute by minute.
As it depends on the microwave. In total it should be done within 8 minutes max. However, You know to check when it's done...a toothpick or a fork should come clean when inserted in middle.
Allow it to cool for 20-30 mins.
Serve warm with chocolate sauce or just like that with sugar powder sprinkled or fresh whipped cream topping.
