How to make Kodbale? 

South Indian Savory Kodbale Recipe

Easy to make teatime snacks recipe, very tasty and crunchy. Children love this super snack.

Indian tea time snacks
Ingredients:
3 cups Rice flour
3/4th cup Maida
1/4th cup Chiroti Rawa (fine suji)
Hing - 1/4th tsp
Salt to taste
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Ajwain - 2 tsp
Hot oil - 8 to 10 tbsp
Water as required

To grind:
Fried gram - 3/4th cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Red chilies - 5-7 as per your taste

Method:
Grind the gram, coconut, chilies and mix it with all the above ingredients and make a dough just like you make for poori by adding water.
Take the dough little by little and dabbing oil, roll, and make rings as per the desired size.

Then fry in batches in the heated oil on medium flame and take it out once they turn brown and the oil stops bubbling.

Once you finish, cool them completely for 2-3 hours and store it in an airtight container.
