Tomato Chutney

Ingredients: Ripe Tomatoes – 4 big (roughly chopped) Green chillies – 6 Jeera (Cumin Seeds) – 1 tsp Onion – 1 medium (roughly chopped) Oil – 1 tbsp Salt to taste Method: In a pan, add oil and fry the tomatoes, green chillies and jeera until the tomatoes get soft. Once this mixture cools down, blend it in a mixer along with salt and onion (raw). Don’t over grind it, let the texture be rough. Seasoning (optional) Heat a kadai with little oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add this to the chutney
