Banana Smoothie

Go for banana fruit, nature's own energy-rich food that comes in a safety envelope! Fresh, delicious bananas are available year around and in fact, one of the cheapest fruits. Bananas are very rich source of Vitamin B6 and good source of Vitamin C too. 

Ingredients:
Set Curds - 200 gms
Ripe Banana - 1 big (approx. 150 gms)
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Ice cubes (crushed) - 1 cup (150 ml)

Method:
Peel the banana and cut into slices. Combine all the ingredients in a blender to get a smooth consistency. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.

Tip:
Browning of fruits can be avoided by sprinkling some castor sugar or lemon juice.
