Tomato bath

This is my way of making tomato bath and my family loves it.

Ingredients:
Rice - 2 cups
Onion big - 2 (chopped)
cloves - 4 nos.
Cinnamon stick - 2 inch (broken into small pieces or pounded)
Garlic cloves - 12-15
Ginger - 1 inch (chopped finely)
Green chillies - 5 nos. (slit)
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Big Ripe tomatoes - 6/7 (chopped finely)
Water - 4 cups
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste.

Method:
Heat a pressure cooker and add oil and ghee. Once the oil is hot add cloves and cinnamon, let them splutter. Then add the ginger and garlic and fry for 2 mins. Add onions, chillies and coriander leaves and fry until the onion turns brown. Then add the chopped tomatoes and fry until it becomes soft and gets cooked well. Then add the rice and water with salt. Close the lid and pressure cook the rice until done and serve hot with pudina/mint chutney or coconut chutney
