Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients: 2 Eggs 2 tbsp Button Mushroom - chopped 2 Big Onions - finely chopped Salt to taste 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder 2 tbsp Butter Method: Beat the eggs thoroughly along with the salt, pepper powder and the chopped onions. Heat a little of the butter in a pan and add the washed and chopped mushrooms. Fry in the butter for 2 minutes, remove and keep aside. Melt the remaining butter in the pan over a medium flame and add the beaten eggs to it. Spread evenly and sprinkle the mushrooms on top. When one side is cooked slowly turn and cook on the other side. Remove from the flame and serve hot.
